Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are easy! Send us a request to reachariane@gmail.com and we will email you a label.
All you have to do is; print the label, tape the package recurely, and drop it off at the carrier. Getting a receipt from the carrier is how you get an acceptance guarantee.
You can also hand it to your daily mail delivery person.
The return window is 14 days from the time received.
If the item is not in new condition, a fee will apply from the refund.
Shipping
Arrival options, international, and varied carriers are available at checkout.
Orders typically ship same-day. Please allow up to 2 days for processing.
If you choose overnight or next day it will ship that same day or we will refund you half of the shipping cost.
Orders should be placed before 12pm EST to guarantee it will be packed, dropped off and scanned by the carrier that day.
